No Guarantee of Specific Results
Except where explicitly agreed in writing, AdsEngine does not guarantee specific results, levels of traffic, sales or conversions. Any examples used on our site are illustrative and do not promise the same results for all clients.
Third-Party Platforms
Your campaigns run on third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta). Those platforms maintain their own policies, billing practices, and terms of service. AdsEngine is not responsible for interruptions, changes to platform policy, or costs/fees imposed by those third parties. Clients are required to comply with their platform policies and to provide accurate billing information.
Client Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that ad creatives, landing pages, and other content do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws and platform policies. AdsEngine may refuse to run content that violates platform policies or applicable law.
